The Hammock

The Hammock neighborhood is located in NW Gainesville along Millhopper Road.  There are multiple entrances to this subdivision, with two being on the south side of Millhopper Road at NW 91st Blvd. and NW 97th Street.  The third entrance is on the North side of Millhopper Road at NW 97th Street.  The north side section of The Hammock borders the San Felasco State Park.  Some of the homes in the neighborhood are lakefront, which is rare in Gainesville. There is a mandatory HOA fee based upon property size.
